Gratitude Journal

How do you feel right now?

Good, not so good, great?

If we are truly grateful and practice gratitude consciously, we feel better than we normally would.

I started writing a Gratitude Journal since my younger years. And it was a great decision which helped me have a positive mindset. I appreciated the good things that I took for granted. My health, my family, the food that I ate, my home and things like that.

I wrote down something that I was grateful for on my journal everyday. Even if that was a very little thing.

And that had a profound effect.

Instead of focusing on the negatives, and problems, I focused on the positive aspects of my life.

Writing down what we are grateful for shifts our focus to the positive and removes negative thoughts.

Being mindful and practicing gratitude for what we have will have a good effect on our minds and health.
